Cancellation policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item according to our return policy.
Modifications
- Changes to the order (such as size, color, or product changes) can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, modifications are not allowed.
Subscription Services
- If you have subscribed to any recurring services or products, you can cancel the subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation requests for subscription services should be made through our customer service.
Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

Pre-orders and custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
- After 48 hours, pre-orders and custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel

- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.
Refunds
- If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
